Walking around is a great way to enjoy the area and save your pennies. While it is not recommended that you swim at night, it is fine to walk along the beach. The moon does shine along the coast incredibly and the lights from the buildings is really pretty reflected in the water too. Many of these shops are along pretty streets and are really nice spots to walk and talk and just look around.
