Japan Vacation

Documented in 2009, Japan ranks as the second biggest economy in the world. With the United States of America in the number 1 place. Japan was just about the most potent countries during the first two world wars and these days its power is flourishing as a nation of economic improvement. With an increase of than 30 million citizens, it is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. And, for tourism, Japan is highly located.

In Japan, a sizable family is a symbol of power and abundance. Much of the improvements are visible its capital city, Tokyo. Its name means "sun origin" and it is often times called the "Land of the Rising Sun". Japan is definitely an archipelago made up of almost seven 1000 islands in the Pacific Ocean. Its biggest islands constitute almost the entire country are Honshu, Kyushu, Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Okinawa and most of its islands are mountainous, a lot of which are active volcanoes. Japan is popular for one of the highest volcanoes in the world, Mount Fuji.

Japan can also be famous for its love for robots which are visible many of their modern literature like comics, magazines and tv shows. It is popular for a great fiction creature called "Godzilla", a dinosaur that terrorizes the country. This ancient monster, they say, has been inspired by the many series of earthquakes that happened to Japan, leaving hundreds of thousands dead and the nation in ruins. True enough, Japan sits on the Pacific Ring of Fire, the name given to the location of three tectonic plates that frequently cause low-intensity tremor and volcanic activity. This is the reason why there are many beautiful hot spring resorts in the country.

Climate: Japan has beautiful and amazing weathers known as temperate where winters and summers are generally mild and has never become extremely chilly or extremely hot. The country is also divided into 6 climactic areas mainly Hokkaido with long temperate climates, cold winter and cool summer, Sea of Japan with major snowfall during wintertime, Central Highland with a typical inland climate, Seto Inland Sea with mild weather all through the year, Pacific Ocean with snow fall and hot damp summers and Ryukyu Islands where typhoons are most common. Wet season in Japan begins in May in Okinawa, June in Honshu and July in Hokkaido. Typhoons often bring heavy rains throughout late summer and early fall.

Transportation: Famous for its bullet trains called Shinkansen and the country has left-handed traffic and thus steering wheels of vehicles are located on the right side. Since Japan is one of the leading manufacturers in the world, new and used vehicles often come inexpensive. It has 176 airports, and dozens of railway companies that serve the riding public.
